Want to create more love in your life?

Are you looking to feel more love in your life? To bring more love into your life? Well the key to more love is to feel more love, and the place to begin feeling it is within. Sounds simple and cliche but it’s so true. My journey to loving myself, feeling whole and worthy of what I want was something I have achieved with time & practice. So today I want to share how you can begin to feel more love inside & create more love on the outside too .

The way we feel about ourselves is absolutely key; negative beliefs about our body, our personality and ourselves in general keep us stuck in sadness, comparison and hurt. It is so important to begin removing these blocks in order to create more and this is one of the reasons I love using ThetaHealing (you can click here for more info). Along with removing these blocks, we can do exercises to begin feeling more love within.

Here are 5 simple ways you can begin feeling more whole, more complete and more love in your life:

  1. On waking list 5 things that you like or love about you (do this everyday). Getting into the habit of complementing yourself will allow the feelings of love to grow (& the more you feel it inside, the more you will call in on the outside).

  2. Practice the mirror exercise; look at your reflection & say I love you. This is a truly powerful exercise, and although can feel strange at first, it teaches you how to begin creating more of those juicy loving emotions for yourself.

  3. Text 3 of your friends & ask them 3 things they most love about you. This is definitely a favourite exercise, and be ready to receive the complements!

  4. Give your body some TLC & indulgent treatment. Massages with coconut oils is a favourite, or light tons of candles & give yourself a beautiful bath. Connecting to your physical body is key when you are on the journey to feeling more self-love.

  5. My last self-love technique for today is the heart exercise. I want you to remember a time where you felt huge amounts of love. Find a place, connect to your heart & that memory. Allow your heart to begin feeling the emotions you felt from that memory. Do this for at least 5 mins. The more you do it, the more love you will begin to feel and the more love you will begin to create in your life.

Remember, love is everywhere, and although sometimes we don’t feel it, it can be created in an instant. Get practicing some of the exercises above and you will begin to see the transformation soon.
